This weekend, we provided a fabulous tasting menu for a surprise birthday celebration in Southampton, Hampshire. Serving seven delectable plates of food, providing a delicious array of meat, fish and vegetarian courses after a tasty selection of canapes, all guests were left extremely happy. With an alternate vegetarian menu for Lucy, it was an exciting gastranomic evening and was a huge pleasure being private chef for the evening to all of her friends. Being made so very welcome and to be part of the evening, cooking in an open plan kitchen made for another fabulous dinner party :)
