To Begin:

King prawn and smoked salmon cocktail – avocado – lemon - paprika & brandy sauce

Beetroot - goat’s cheese - balsamic

Main course:

Roast breast of Hampshire turkey - confit of bonelss leg

Chipolata sausage – sausage meat stuffing, lemon, chestnuts, thyme, lemon zest - Yorkshire pudding - duck fat roast potatoes - honey and sesame glazed carrot @ parsnip - - saute sprouts and Winter greens, bacon, shallots & chestnuts – natural gravy
