On the evening itself, Chef Mike, supported by Becci and Imogen, delivered a fantastic dining experience. The food was of a very high standard, beautifully presented and perfectly timed, and the team struck exactly the right balance between professionalism and a relaxed, personable approach.
Nothing was too much trouble, and they integrated effortlessly into the setting, helping to create a great atmosphere for the evening. We received excellent feedback from all guests.
