Caribbean jerk chicken

Bruschetta - heritage tomato salsa - fresh coriander - lime - chilli

Avocado sushi maki - wasabi - soy - pickled ginger

To Begin:

Beetroot & pink gin cured salmon - horseradish & tarragon salmon fish cake - orange roasted baby beetroot - Spring green salad

Watermelon & feta salad
Toasted pine nuts - fresh mint - cracked black pepper - olive oil - baby leaves

Main - Course:

Free range pan fried chicken breast - Cajun spices
Roasted lemon new potatoes - celeriac, white cabbage & red onon ‘slaw - smashed avocado

Roasted butternut squash & spinach risotto

  • We are of course a fully insured team

  • Hire of any necessary kitchen equipment, tables, chairs, laundry, evening food and additional drinks service can be costed individually
