ChefGary's bowl food concept combines big flavours and elegant presentation. Following canapés, we then individually portion all main dishes, served either ‘floating’ or at a central table if desired. Guests may pick and choose their favourites to enjoy over a relaxed period of time before serving our petit fours (mini desserts) Working fabulously for intimate or larger groups celebrating a special birthday, anniversary, hen party, corporate event or house warming, we promise to deliver outstanding quality and service with our bowl food.
