Private Dinner Party, Mathew and Friends, Hampshire
My latest dinner party was for a super group of friends celebrating at home with one of our Asian inspired tasting menus. With the perfect environment to host an exciting, yet amiable dinner party with a spacious open plan kitchen and a well stocked bar it was a recipe set for a great evening! We had six guests who enjoyed some delightful and delicious canapes prior to a further six exquisite courses at the central table. Each course went down superbly, with the menu having plenty of superb flavours and textures through out. Compliments were well received after each plate and it was a huge pleasure to join in conversation with a very tempting glass of delicious French red :)
