Private Dinner Party, Marco and Family, Lymington

ChefGary catered a superb private dinner party celebration in Lymington this weekend, cooking for a very special birthday treat in a lovely hired home in the midst of The New Forest. Providing some delicious canapes prior to serving three sublime and gourmet courses, whilst utilising some absolutely stunning ingredients for eight enamoured and friendly guests made for an exciting evening. I was immediately made to feel really welcome and had the huge pleasure of sampling some amazing red wine towards the end of the evening, along with some utmost delicious dessert ice wine, thanks to my fantastically welcoming guests :) Each of the courses were welcomed with the warmest of compliments and it was a huge pleasure to serve every plate of food. Having a vegetarian option at the table was also a massive pleasure to cook and serve and allowed me to balance some other more challenging ingredients..
