This weekend, ChefGary traveled a little further afield for a return visit to a lovely home in Dorset, cooking for the most impeccable of palettes in Jasper and friends. Having created a bespoke and gourmet tasting menu for four impeccably dressed Gentlemen celebrating their annual "get together" dinner, it was a fabulous pleasure to arrive personally to cook each course under their scrupulous observation :) The ladies of the house were present for canapes and bubbles before heading off out and so this left the private diners in the very best of my "chef hands" at the table. Every dish was of-course exemplary and a culinary delight, going down very well with each guest. We stuck to a seasonal menu, with a game course for the main plate, probably my favourite to cook on the evening, being something a little different for me to set my passion and creativity to. However, all dishes of the night were a huge success, giving personal reward, leaving me looking forwards to another seasonal dinner with the fantastic four. :)
