Private Dinner Party, Birthday Celebration, Bournemouth
This weekend, ChefGary catered a superb double birthday celebration for Adam and Vicki, who wanted to spoil both of their Mums with a special dinner at home. Having cooked for Adam on several ocassions over the lasy year, it was great to be back and receive a warm welcome upon arrival. Always opting for having a spicy Asian theme in their menus, we had one of our most popular starters of chilli and garlic marinated King prawns with crisp pork belly to begin. Followed by a delicious Sea bass main course with fermented black bean, lemon grass and soy broth, there were plenty of bold flavours on the dinner table. I joined in and indulged in a lovely glass of white wine during the course of the evening which went down extrememly well :) All together a fabulous dinner party and celebration with great food and family.

Pan seared sea bass fillet, sea bass and ginger fish cake,
egg noodles, fermented black bean, soy and lemongrass broth,
Trio of Desserts:
Vanilla and honeycomb creme brulee,
Salted caramel and chocolate brownie, chocolate and hazelnut cream,
Raspberry and white chocolate cheese cake.
