Travelling up near Fleet in Hampshire to cook for four fabulous guests made for a great dinner party this weekend. Being a return visit after another recent celebration, it was great to be in a familiar kitchen. The evening started off with canapes served and enjoyed outside with some bubbles as we were lucky enough to have the last of the summer weather! Serving three more delicious courses back at the dining table was a pleasure and joining all the guests for a small glass of wine after dessert was more so and made for a fabulous finish to the evening. :)
