Private Dinner Party, Jenny, Pam and Family, Chandlers Ford



This weekend, ChefGary catered a fabulous dinner party for an early Christmas celebration in Chandlers Ford, Southampton. Having cooked for Jenny several times previously it was great to do so again, providing a delicious selection of Christmas themed canapes, followed by three further decadent plated courses at the table. Each course was greatly appreciated and it was a hugely rewarding evening all round. 





Chef's decadent selection of canapes


Ham hock, pulled chicken terrine and leek terrine,
Dijon, confit duck egg yolk, pickles, 


Pan roasted pave of sirloin, slow braised brisket in red wine gravy,
Dauphinoise potatoes, glazed chantenay carrots, saute greens,  


Trio of Desserts:
Vanilla and honeycomb creme brulee,
Salted caramel and walnut chocolate brownie, peanut butter ice cream,
Mango, lime and coconut cheese cake, ginger crumb.
