This weekend was extra special, catering a superb tasting menu/gourmet dinner for Steve & Julie and family. Celebrating Julie's birthday with some delicious, delightful and decadent dishes, it was a great pleasure to deliver each course. I've provided catering for Steve and Julie in Ringwood on more than several occasions, from intimate dinners to larger canape and floating buffet style parties. This time around, there were 8 guests that were due to enjoy some exquisite canapes and nine further fabulous courses together. Having huge confidence in my cooking, I was given complete free range in providing the extravagant menu for all. Able to choose some of my favourite ingredients, combined with a bit of flair on the evening, it was a very rewarding experience all round! :)
