Private Dinner Party, Leanne, Ian and Friends

 

 
 

Between Christmas and New Years Eve, we catered a fantastic Dinner Party near Winchester, serving up some delightfully festive canapes and four further fabulous courses. After a very busy December, it was lovely to cater for six guests in an intimate environment, serving up some of my favourite dishes. Children had already been fed upon my arrival and were lined up with a movie and popcorn though it was a great pleasure to have them all gathered round the kitchen, intrigued with watching me cook :) All courses went down really well with all guests. especially the main after being delivered by my little helpers :)

fondant potato, tender stem broccoli, roasted chantaney carrots, red wine and cherry gravy
