ChefGary caters private dinner party for Sally and Tony
Our latest dinner party was cooking for the lovely Sally and Tony near Swindon. Their family had got together to buy them a thoughtful gift voucher for us to provide a fine dining experience for them in the comfort of their own home. All they had to do was arrange a suitable date and choose their menu and then all else was arranged for them. With myself arriving to a very warm welcome, it was great to set up whilst all guests then popped off to the local pub to start the evening off. On return, canapes were served alfresco before all joined the table in the combined kitchen/dining area for three further gourmet courses. Some delectable French red wine was served with the main course which I of course didn't refuse sampling and it went very well with their beef main course indeed :) It was fab to be cooking "on display" allowing for a great atmoshere and all courses warranted the superb feedback I recieved on the evening. Another superb dinner party, cooking for such friendly and entertaining friends. :)

To Begin:
Confit of crisp pork belly, sea salt crackling, apples sauce,
garlic king prawns, red pepper and chilli, balsamic.
Main-Course:
BBQ assiette of British beef:
Seared masala and soy glazed fillet, bbq spiced and smoked silverside,
hand cut duck fat chips, charred baby corn, buttred asparagus spears.
To Finish:
Vanilla and honeycomb creme brulee.
